The Detail
The morning tour starts at 8:00 AM, and the afternoon tour starts at 1:00 PM. Pickup is from your hotel in or around the Old Quarter. If your hotel is located 5-6 km away, please come to our meeting point at 44 Hang Bong Street, Hanoi Old Quarter.
After pickup, you will get on the open-air Jeep and receive a short briefing from our tour guide about the itinerary.
We begin by driving through the Old Quarter, where you will see traditional streets, then continue through the French Quarter. After that, we pass by the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and head to a scenic viewpoint at West Lake, where you can enjoy an overview of the city and stop to visit the John McCain Monument.
Next, we take you off the beaten path to places most tourists never visit. Our open-air Jeep will bring you to a local family on the Banana island, where you will have the chance to learn about daily life and hear interesting stories from the locals.
Continuing the journey, you will hop back on the Jeep to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, then pass by the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum again and stop at the Thang Long Citadel Main Gate to learn about its history.
At the end of the trip, you will walk along Train Street, watch the train pass by, and enjoy egg coffee at a local café next to the railway.
After approximately 4 hours, we will take you back to your hotel, finishing the tour.
